About Ana Ren
Ana Ren is a native of Shenyang, China. At the age of 8 she began her professional studies in Classical music by taking piano lessons. Ana’s parents sure that she was in good hands while studying music. In 2010, Ana began to pursue a BA in Piano Performance at Northeastern University in China. In the summer of 2012, Ana came to the United States to study music for her study abroad classical music. During that time, she studied piano at Northeastern Illinois University under the renowned pianist Dr. Susan Tang and Collaborative pianist Dr. Key Kim. After returning to China in 2014, she got a full scholarship to earn a Masters in Piano Performance at Northeastern University. In 2017, she graduated in M.M. meanwhile, She came back to the United States as an excellent student to continue learning classical piano at NJCU with the pianist Dr. Min Kim. She studied from 2017 to 2018 and earned her second Masters Degrees at NJCU.
She is currently studying Music Education at NJCU, and looks forward to obtaining a doctorale in the United States in the future. She enjoys performing music masterpiece of Chopin, Beethoven , Mozart, Bach, Schubert, and Contemporary composers. Some of the great musicians that inspired Ana to be the best at piano that she can include the great Arthur Rubinstein, Vladimir Horowitz,Sviatosiav Richer, and Glenn Gould.
